My work is deeply rooted in the stories of my childhood: those told, lived, and those I’m still discovering.
Painted animals and mouse bones recovered from owl pellets, like the figure of La Loba, are the carriers of these mythic themes.
I focus particularly on the healing feminine figure—witch or shapeshifter—especially through the principle of metamorphosis.
Stop-motion video projections help reinforce the idea of transformation/metamorphosis, while also adding spectral or dreamlike elements.
The floral sheet evokes the aesthetic of rural, hunter’s homes.
