Based on research—Dish of the Day and Discoveries in the Street—on the defamiliarization of the everyday and micro-perception, this project focuses on those repeated gestures that shape our days, asking a simple question: “How can we transform, shift, or reinvent them?”
Through experiments involving the table, tablecloth, utensils, or meal staging, the installation offers a new reading of familiar gestures.
Each designed element becomes the support for an invented ritual, at the border between use and imagination.
The viewer is invited to slow down, observe, and reinterpret their own habits through a sensory and poetic lens.
Thus, the everyday ceases to be automatic: it becomes a field of experimentation, attention, and awakening.
Between art, design, and sensitive reflection, this work offers an intimate and unconventional way to give meaning back to our most mundane gestures.
Because sometimes, change doesn’t come from elsewhere, but from the way we look at what’s already here, every day.
