Commitments

ENSAD Dijon places sustainability at the heart of its development and transformation strategy. This comprehensive and structuring approach runs through all the institution’s missions: teaching, research, creation, as well as its internal operations.

Two main pillars

Within this framework, two key areas concentrate a significant part of the school’s actions:

Ecological transition, which questions both teaching practices, production methods, and the daily functioning of the school;
Prevention of discrimination, which aims to ensure a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for study and work.

These commitments are based on a shared conviction: ecological transformation and the fight against all forms of violence must go hand in hand, contributing together to building a more sustainable, fair, and people-centered educational environment.

Transforming the school’s practices

The school combines two objectives: evolving its teaching content and artistic practices in response to contemporary challenges, while transforming its organization so that it concretely reflects the values it promotes.

This approach aims to:

→ strengthen governance quality,
→ reduce environmental impact,
→ improve quality of life at work and in studies,
→ support the evolution of professions and practices, particularly digital ones.

The institution thus sees itself as a space for collective experimentation, where new ways of designing, producing, and working are developed.
